he..best tak tajuk ni..uwah..seriously i'm getting fat la...big,bigger and biggest...jaln sikit pn da berpeluh-peluh macam marathon...jalan cikit da mengah-mengah...buat keje sikit da penat-penat...hmm..aiyooo....perlukah saya lancarkan projek anti nasi or projek minum air lagi?pening2..tapi saya da xle berhenti makan la....ari tu elok je da stop mkn fast food..lama la gak...lpas da mkn sekali...hmm...pepaham je la kan..addicted...so guys,any ideas how i am gonna lose my weight..perlu ke saya masuk gym or masuk the biggest loser...hu...saya nak kurus...ari tu dapat kurus sbb excited nak konvo..then, thats mean i need to have a goal la kan...barula i can make it..kan kan kan..
