Consider it as really late post. so, i'm just gonna move on with my life. Its 2020.
So, lets just share everything about life, family, place, pet and food for this past 2 years. last post was 2018 :p
so for the first blog story in 2020, i will share a few halal place in Seoul specifically which i went on 2017, November. I believe most of the kedai is still operating.
So here it is
What to eat in #seoul?
There are lot of halal and muslim friendly restaurants available in korea.
At least there is one halal restaurants in a district. Since transportations in korea is not a big issue. Then if u r hungry and sick of home made cook, just go to the restaurants available.
The average price per dish is 10000-15000 won(usually in set). Best things in korea restaurant, the portion is big, free flow banchan( side dish like kimchi, salad, anchovies etc)and they serves free flow drinks (air kosong filter hot/cold). And most of the restaurants we went do not charge service tax or VAT(gst). Pretty cool kan.
So #travellingtips, this is for jimat especially kalau g ngan big family
1. Order a few main dishes such as samgyatang, bulgogi, dakgalbi, jamchae etc. Order rice per person and share the main dishes with all or ur friends/family
2. Dont feel ashame to ask for banchan refill,it is FREE. But dont ask too much and waste it.
3. Just drink plain water( jimat)
4.dont act cheap because of food. Yeah, if we convert the currency, it is a bit pricey. But hey, what the use of travelling if u r so cheap?
5. Refer to muslim friendly restaurants guide book. They also give directions on subway.
6.few district dont have halal restaurant, however u still can eat seafood and request the restaurant with 'no meat' and 'no alcohol'. They will understand.
7. Itaewon has the most halal restaurants
8. Try to pick halal restaurants that serves korean food. Kalau nak makan nasi lemak or kebab or nasi arab, tunggu balik Malaysia je.
So lets start the food fiesta!
