9 Hari sudah berlalu...

ha..percaya jangan ak percaye...dah 8 hari saya bertahan..he..ingat x post ari Sabtu minggu lepas, "Projek Anti Nasi"..he..masuk hari ni da sembilan hari dah..he..macam tak percaya je kan..semua org pun mula-mula tak percaya..yela saya memang dah terkenal sebagai "tak leh hidup tanpa nasi"..betul tak tipu,kalau saya tak makan nasi,confirm mengigil satu badan..he..tapi sekarang da ok sikit,awal-awal hari tu,menggigil la gak kan..hu..tapi saya akan berusaha!!lagipun ada org support saya..he..Thanks ek semua..

Minggu depan hari rabu ni ada Aerobik anjuran Kelab Keluarga PTP,saya rasa nak join lah..he..(Dalam HAti cakap,"Kuang Asam punye Capt Chong,dia perli saya forwad email pasal aerobik ni,ces")nak amalkan hidup yang sihat!!yela nak pegi jogging x sempat kan..nanti nak pegi beli penimbang la...lalala...


Alasan saya nak diet?..he..Biarlah Rahsia...
