Ramdhan hari ke tujuh..kedinginan hujan amat terasa..berkat rezeki di pagi Ramadhan ke 7..Alhamdulillah masih diberi kesempatan untuk bernafas..bulan ramadhan ni rasa sangat mencabar..nak tahu kenapa?yela firstly sbb kena puasa jauh dari my lovely family la kan..tapi Alhamdulillah sbb dah tujuh hari ni x pernah lagi saya bersahur,berbuka n berterawih sorg lagi....Alhamdulillah..even xde family disiis, housemate saya still ada..he...so ktrg dah mcm 3 musketeers la kan...he...
Secondly, lutut kiri saya mcm x beberapa sihat..sakit lak...terasa betul nk naik tangga..kalau berjalan.kalau nk duduk antara dua sujud memang terasa sangat...housemate saya siap ckp nk bagi saya kerusi masa ktrg g terawih..hampeh tul si afzan n anis ni...dah mcm org tua kan..tapi x tahu kenapa..saya ada google2 baca sbb2 sakit lutut..since saya still muda kan(muda ker?..hahahah..) so of coz la saya a little bit risau...one of my concern saya punye peningkatan berat badan...saya takut lutut saya ni sakit sbb x larat nk tampung berat badan baru ni..hu...kalau time sejuk2 mcm pagi ni..lagi la terasa...am i kekurangan kalsium..i think i better start to drink Anlene la...he...nk tambah kalsium..org kata kalau mkn ikan pun bagus untuk protein nk kuatkan tulang..saya ni asyik makan daging ngan ayam je...karbohydrat da terlebih..he...tu yg protein n kalsium kurang..
buat masa sekarang saya try mkn buah-buahan everyday during sahur...maybe i really should start to think about healthy life..so..fighting!!!he...
